Order Cancellation Policy
At Miso Miami, we strive to process and ship your orders as quickly as possible. Because our fulfillment system is designed for speed, there is a limited window in which an order can be canceled. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.
1. Cancellation Window
We offer a 12-hour grace period for cancellations.
- If you change your mind or need to cancel your order for any reason, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing the order.
- Once this 12-hour window has passed, your order has likely entered the fulfillment and packaging stages and can no longer be canceled.
2. How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, please follow these steps immediately:
- Email us: Send an email to support@misomiami.com.
- Subject Line: Use the subject "URGENT: Order Cancellation—[Your Order Number]."

3. Cancellations After the 12-Hour Window
If your cancellation request is received after 12 hours, or after the order has already been shipped, we cannot stop the delivery.
- In this case, you must receive the package and then follow our Return & Refund Policy to return the item for a refund.
- Please note that shipping costs for returning a non-cancelled item are the responsibility of the customer.
4. Refund Process for Cancelled Orders
Once a cancellation is confirmed and approved by our team:
- A full refund will be issued to your original method of payment.
- The refund will be processed within 7 business days (Monday–Saturday).
- You will receive a "Refund Notification" email as soon as the transaction is completed on our end.
5. Order Modifications (Address or Size Changes)
Similar to cancellations, if you need to change a shipping address, size, or color, you must notify us within 24 hours.
- After 24 hours, we cannot guarantee any modifications, as the package may have already been handed over to the carrier.
- If the address is incorrect and the package is already shipped, Miso Miami is not responsible for lost deliveries.
6. Cancellations by Miso Miami
We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including but not limited to:
- Fraud Prevention: If our security system flags an order as high-risk or fraudulent.
- Pricing Errors: In the rare event of a technical glitch where a product is listed at an incorrect price.

Out of Stock: If an item becomes unavailable after the order is placed.
In any of these cases, you will be notified immediately, and a full refund will be issued.
7. Refused Deliveries
If you refuse a delivery at your doorstep as a way to "cancel" the order without prior authorization, the package will be returned to our warehouse.
- Refused deliveries may be subject to a deduction of shipping and handling fees from the final refund. We strongly recommend contacting us first rather than refusing a package.
