4. Pricing Currency
All prices listed on misomiami.com are in U.S. Dollars (USD). If you are using a non-USD denominated card, your bank may apply a currency conversion fee. Miso Miami is not responsible for these additional bank charges.
5. Discounts & Promotional Codes
- Promo Codes: Only one promotional code can be used per order.
6. Fraud Prevention & Security Checks
To protect our customers and our business from fraudulent activity:
- All orders undergo a security screening.
- We reserve the right to cancel any order that appears suspicious or is flagged by our fraud detection system.
- In some cases, we may reach out via email to verify your identity before processing the shipment.
7. Order Cancellation & Refunds
- Cancellations: You may cancel your order within 12 hours of purchase for a full refund.
- Refunds: Once a refund is approved (per our Return & Refund Policy), it will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 business days (Monday–Saturday). Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the transaction to your account.
8. Payment Issues & Declined Transactions
If your payment is declined, please check the following:
- The card expiration date and CVV code.
- That the billing address matches the address on file with your bank.

The charge on your bank statement will appear as Miso Miami. You will receive an automated email invoice immediately after your payment is successfully processed.
