Welcome to Miso Miami. We understand that getting your items quickly and safely is important to you. To ensure a professional and transparent shopping experience, we have detailed our shipping procedures below.

1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship exclusively to addresses within the United States (USA). This includes all 50 states. At this time, we do not ship to U.S. territories (e.g., Puerto Rico, Guam), APO/FPO addresses, or international locations.

2. Product Pricing

All product prices on our website are displayed in USD (U.S. Dollars).

3. Shipping Rates & Insurance

We provide free insured shipping on every single order, regardless of the order value.

  • Insurance Coverage: Our "Insured Shipping" means that if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged during transit (before delivery confirmation), we take full responsibility for reshipping the item or issuing a refund.

4. Shipping Origin

Our business is based in Sheridan, Wyoming. To maintain efficiency and ensure the fastest delivery times, we utilize a strategic network of fulfillment centers. 

5. Order Cut-Off Time

Our daily order cut-off time is 02:00 PM (GMT-07:00) Mountain Standard Time (Denver)

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM will begin processing the same day.
  • Orders placed after 2:00 PM will be treated as if received the following business day.

6. Order Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: 1 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • During this period, we conduct a quality check on your items, verify your payment, and prepare the secure packaging.
  • Note: We process orders on Saturdays to ensure you get your products faster.

7. Delivery Time (Transit Time)

  • Delivery time: 6–8 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • Total time from order to doorstep = Processing (1 day). + Transit (6-8 days) = 7-9 business days (Monday–Saturday).
  • While we strive for these timelines, please account for potential delays during peak seasons (e.g., Black Friday, Christmas) or extreme weather events.

8. Tracking Information

Transparency is key. Once your order is scanned by the carrier:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number within 24–48 hours of dispatch.
  • You can track your package via our website's "Track Order" page or directly through the carrier's (USPS, FedEx, or UPS) portal.

9. Packaging & Order Protection

We use industry-standard, eco-friendly, and durable packaging. Each item is wrapped to prevent moisture damage and physical impact. Our "Order Protection" guarantee ensures that you receive your product in pristine condition.

10. Address Accuracy & Verification

The customer is responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address (including apartment numbers, suite numbers, etc.).

  • If our system detects an "Invalid Address," we will put the order on hold and contact you.
  • Miso Miami is not responsible for deliveries to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

11. Order Cancellation

We understand plans change. You can request a full cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • Once the 12-hour window has passed, the order has likely entered the fulfillment stage and cannot be canceled. In such cases, you must follow our Return Policy after receiving the item.

12. Change of Shipping Address

If you realize you made a mistake in your address, please email support@misomiami.com within 24 hours.

  • We cannot change the shipping address once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

13. Failed Delivery / Missed Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your package (e.g., no secure location, gated access required), they will usually leave a notice.

  • If a package is returned to us as "Undeliverable" because of customer absence or incorrect info, we reserve the right to charge a small reshipping fee.

14. Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or you received the wrong item,

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage/wrong item.
  • We will prioritize sending a replacement at no cost to you.

15. Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking has not updated for more than 5 days, please contact us.

  • We will open an inquiry with the carrier.
  • If the carrier confirms the package is lost, we will initiate a free replacement or a full refund immediately.

16. Delivery Confirmation

Once a carrier marks a package as "Delivered" to the address provided, it is legally considered fulfilled. Miso Miami is not responsible for "porch piracy" or theft after a successful delivery. We recommend shipping to a secure location.

17. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide an accurate email and phone number for shipping updates.
  • Be available to receive the package or collect it from the local post office if notified.
  • Report any damages within the 48-hour window.

18. Our Responsibilities

  • Ship high-quality products that match the website description.
  • Provide 24/7 customer support for shipping inquiries.
  • Honor our 1-2 day processing and 6-8 day delivery commitments.

19. Invoices & Documentation

A detailed digital invoice is sent to your email immediately after purchase. For gifts or privacy, we do not include pricing information on the physical packing slip inside the box.

20. Security & Fraud Prevention

To protect both the customer and our business, all orders are screened for fraud. We may ask for additional verification if our system flags a high-risk transaction. We reserve the right to cancel any order that fails our security protocol.
